Who do I contact regarding

Monday-Thursday from 10am-3pm
Age limits:
All ages will need a ticket. A valid driver's license will be
required to receive a wristband to purchase or consume alcohol.
When do gates open?
Gates will open at 3:00 pm.
We suggest arriving early to avoid longer wait times for parking
and ticket entry.
Parking:
Parking will be $20.
Rideshare:
If you are using Uber, Lyft, Taxi or someone is dropping you off
you will enter either the East Gate or West Gate .Please let
your driver know that pick up will be the same gate you entered.
For Uber, Lyft or Taxi, please specify East Gate or West Gate
pick up when scheduling a ride.
What is available on site?
Full bars, cash or credit cards accepted

Artist Merchandise area
Portable restrooms
First Aid and Security Tent
What can I bring?
No outside food or drinks permitted.
Folding chairs are allowed but must pass through security.
Folding chairs are only permitted in the General Admission area,
they will not be permitted in the pit or pit plus sections.
Pop Up tents are not permitted.

- You may email or text tickets to
other members of your party (the name on the ticket will not
be checked only the barcode)
- Enter either entrance into Melody
Mountain Ranch.
- Each VIP ticket will have access to
VIP parking located at the front of the parking areas.
- Tickets will be scanned at the gate
in exchange for a VIP wristband. VIPs will then make their
way to the Artist Merchandise building to the LEFT of the
stage to pick VIP suite laminates and enter the VIP area.
- VIP dinner will be served from 6:00
- 9:00 pm backstage
- Full-service bars available in VIP
lounge and Suites
- Gates for VIP open at 4:00 pm
- VIP passes allow access to VIP and
GA areas only, no Pit or Elevated Pit access

Where to enter:
Enter the main entrance to Melody Mountain. If you are coming
from US 281 this will be the first entrance, from HWY 108 this
will be the second entrance
Campsites:
Sites will be assigned in September and an email will be sent
out with campsite information. A camping locator will direct you
to your site when you arrive.
Front Gate Times:
Thursday 12:00 Noon to 7:00 PM (the front gate will be open,
please make your way down the main road to Melody Mountain
Office for check in)
Friday 12:00 Noon to 12:00 Midnight (You will check in at the
front gate)
Stage Area Gate:
If you are camping, you may enter the stage area Friday starting
at 4:00 pm through the RAMP GATE, located just to the left of
the Allsups Stage
Access to Campground:
You must have a camping pass to access the campground. GA, Pit,
Pit Plus or VIP tickets do not include camping passes. |
